Hershey Conference update

Good Afternoon, 

We are getting lots of questions and requests for additional rooms at the Hershey Lodge.  Jen has been working with the Lodge on an almost daily basis to ensure that all reservation requests are met. 

The room block closed at the end of August. If there are any rooms at the lodge, they are going to be at the Best Available Rate, which is above the $156 of the room block.  There are 3 rooms at the room block rate available.  If you are still in need of a room at the Lodge, you MUST email Jen at 2025maawlehershey@gmail.com, regardless of any previous messages through email or WIX.  Jen will assign an available room to you on a first-come, first-served basis.  If Jen can accommodate your reservation, she will be in touch with instructions on how to contact the Lodge and provide the information they need from you.  

Here are a few other local hotels that are close to the Lodge and MAY have rooms available.  There are no additional room blocks at any of these hotels, but they are still close to the Lodge.
