A Season of Gratitude

With Thanksgiving kicking off our holiday season tomorrow we, as a Board, want to send a clear message to our membership revolving around our gratitude for you, our members, and all that you do for our organization and for your respective communities. We've had many tragedies strike the communities we live and work in, and the reality behind those headlines never gets easier to process. Last night, a gunman killed six people at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia before reportedly dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

While the motive for the massacre is unknown at this time, what IS known is that our Chesapeake contingent is honorably serving their community. We send our support to them, and to each of you in your daily commitment to this noble profession.
